The tetraploid and diploid composition of the durable perennial ryegrass middle and late varieties is the right solution for the most demanding livestock owners.
The perennial ryegrass, in combination with the diploid late Italian ryegrass, allows optimal use of feed all year round, – for grazing or mowing for silage, fresh consumption or hay. Tetraploid ryegrass provides good taste, good digestibility, good disease resistance (including mold), increases dry matter and improves nitrogen efficiency. It thrives in medium to heavy soils.
